Breakfast

This is my new favorite breakfast that I am completely hooked on. It is a wrap, spread with peanut butter, sprinkle with granola and sliced strawberries, and roll. I cut mine in half to fit in the tupperware for me to take it to work. I don’t have a name for it. Any suggestions? And […]

Checking the Crab Pot Part 2: Croakers!

Since I didn’t have any crabs and I was done playing with the turtles, I decided to fish for a bit.  This is usually a pretty simple ordeal: Take one pole and throw out a bottom-rig with fake bloodworms and/or fake shrimp, then fish a second pole with beetle-spin around the dock.  Everything was going […]

Checking the Crab Pot Part 1: Turtles

Lake St. Mary’s Canoe Trip #2

We went out again this morning on Lake St. Mary’s.  It was a beautiful morning and the lake was like glass when we first got there. This time, we actually caught some fish.           I even have proof Meredith caught a fish: Another video showing how nice the lake was this […]

Storm Clouds

I am sure that our neighbors must think that I am crazy, if they pay me any attention at all.  Lately I seem to always be outside taking pictures of the sky or the ground.  But I swear I’m not crazy.  I am so amazed by everything this spring: clouds, trees, grass, crops, insects, animals, […]
